Here are a few things to keep in mind.

We are all volunteers, and while some contribute more and others less, it's a personal choice.

While I acknowledge this might not be ideal, it's my approach. If you're a volunteer who isn't very active, your opinion is important, but it can't carry the same weight as someone who participates in every event we organize.

Talking louder does not make you right.
